Community Research helped Leicestershire County Council to incorporate deliberation into its participatory budgeting process. The Council had set aside specific funds for participatory budgeting exercises to be carried out within each local Community Forum across the county. We supported the Councils to develop a deliberative process to allow citizens to generate spending ideas and input their priorities for the three Blaby forums.
