We recognise that many organisations are looking to develop long term on-going engagement with their stakeholders, customers, staff and potential customers. Clients also want to be able to consult with varied sub-groups within their communities and on a wide range of issues. Increasingly they want feedback fast.
A highly effective and cost efficient way of achieving all this is through the establishment of an online panel. This can act as an invaluable forum for communities to engage and interact with an organisation on all sorts of issues. Once established, a panel can be used as frequently as the client requires providing them with timely and comprehensive feedback from their target groups.
Once established, such a panel can be accessed using a wide variety of research and engagement methods, including regular and one-off surveys, bulletin board type forums, online and face to face focus groups and recruitment for other to face to face engagement activities.
Working with our online panel partners we have access to hundreds of thousands of people across the UK. We can provide a client with a pre-screened, pre-agreed number of panellists, who can be part of an interactive group of ring fenced respondents that can be contacted for research and engagement purposes on an on-going basis. We build up a portfolio of bespoke data on these panellists, inviting them to regularly participate in online discussions with other members of the panel and generally interact with them on an on-going basis. The aim is to make the panellists feel part of a ‘community' - a highly engaged and responsive resource.
