Lucy Lea joins our team
We are delighted to confirm that Lucy Lea will be joining our team as a permanent member of staff from January 2019; having worked with us as a freelance associate for the last couple of years.
Lucy brings particular expertise in working with people and communities who are marginalised, overlooked, or whose needs are not well understood by organisations. Communities she has worked with include people from non-White British ethnic groups, people with physical, sensory and learning disabilities, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people, amongst others. Her previous employment includes 8 years as Equality and Diversity Manager for Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust.
Founder and Director of Community Research, Rachel Lopata said she was delighted to have Lucy on board. She added: “We are delighted to be adding another member to the staff team. Lucy brings a wealth of experience, which I know will add value to our growing client base.”
